COVID-19 PREVENTION PROGRAM
At Ala Carte Entertainment, we focus on the well-being of our guests every day. As hospitality business leaders, it is our top priority to provide everyone the best possible experience in our establishments, including maximizing the health and safety of our guests, employees and our community. In our 50 years of business, Ala Carte Entertainment has rigorously upheld top industry standards of cleanliness and sanitation practices in our establishments. We are proud of our exceptional record in this area and are dedicated to deploying all our years of best practices daily to serve and protect our customers and staff.

We want to take this opportunity to let you know of the policies and procedures we are putting in place surrounding COVID-19/Coronavirus.

What we are doing:

• Adding extra frequency to our regular cleaning practices, such as additional cleaning of all surfaces including the kitchen, bathrooms, bars, and dining rooms.
• Implementing heightened sanitation and hand-washing procedures for all employees.
• Constantly monitoring updates and guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state and local agencies.
• Educating our employees on the latest preventative measures recommended by health agencies.
• Consistently monitor the health of our team.
• Providing additional aids for personal cleanliness as available to guests and employees in our restrooms, public areas and staff work areas.
• Discouraging physical contact that may lead to transmission within our restaurants, including touching and shaking hands.

What we encourage guests to do:

• Wash your hands frequently and use a paper towel to dry.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
• Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then dispose of the tissue.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay home when you are sick.
