THE HOFFMANN FAMILY
Ala Carte Entertainment (A.C.E) was founded in 1970 by Fred Hoffmann, and was later joined by his sons Mark & Dean Hoffmann, who now are watching as it grows and serving our local communities in the Chicagoland area. A.C.E began with a single location in Chicago called Snuggery. Pioneering music video, dynamic performance art, sound, and lighting innovations that led to Snuggery being featured in a 'TIME Magazine' cover story of US nightclubs. It was also named in 'Playboy Magazine' as one of the top singles bars in the USA. By 1988 the company grew with more Snuggery locations in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and created Excalibur one of the companies first nightclubs, which paved the way for the evolution of Ala Carte Entertainment.
